CRS Maintenance Plans

Each visit includes:

• Inspection and cleaning of critical components
   
• Carbon monoxide (CO) level testing
   
• Gas valve and combustion safety check
   
• Flame sensor cleaning and testing
   
• Thermostat operation and response testing
   
• Airflow measurement and static pressure evaluation
   
• Blower motor and capacitor check
   
• Refrigerant level verification and coil rinse (cooling)
   
• Full electrical inspection — including wiring, connections, and controls
   
• System startup, operation, and shutdown testing
   
• Filter inspection and replacement (if provided)
