What’s Included in a CRS AC Maintenance Visit

Your seasonal AC tune-up includes a full inspection and system check. We’ll take care of:

  •  Inspecting filters and replacing if needed
     
  • Checking system performance
     
  • Lubricating motors
     
  • Inspecting fan belts
     
  • Checking evaporator coil temperatures
     
  • Testing refrigerant charge and operating pressures
     
  • Cleaning condenser coil and condensate line
     
  • Checking voltage, amp draw, and electrical components
     
  • Inspecting contactors, pressure switches, and wiring
     
  • Confirming temperature differential and airflow
     
  • Inspecting safety devices and thermostat operation
     

When Should You Schedule AC Maintenance?

We recommend scheduling once per year, ideally in early spring before peak cooling season, when the daily temperatures reach 60 degrees. However, it’s never too late — even mid-summer tune-ups can help extend system life and avoid mid-season failures.
